Our Work

We work closely with agencies such as MRANTi (previously MaGIC), Telekom Malaysia, Cyberview, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Higher Education, Iskandar Rural Development Authority (IRDA), PERHILITAN, and also organizations like DiGiCelcom, Paragon International (Khaf & Wardah), and the United Nations in the areas of technology upskilling, entrepreneurship or career-related initiatives for youths.

Lorong Belakang is a proven model for a community-driven youth economic center that provides working and business opportunities.

Youth Ventures Asia also manages and operates Lorong Belakang Cyberjaya, a community street market that has over 150 million views on TikTok, with more than 3000 weekly foot traffic, more than RM1 million in annual vendor sales (2022) and 120 curated vendors, designed and delivered by the youths of Cyberjaya. Lorong Belakang Cyberjaya is an initiative to help young people gain working experience, give back to the community and take active participation in economic activities.

Our business activity

Youth Ventures Asia (YV Asia Holdings Sdn Bhd) is a for-profit/for-impact education and marketing company providing an end to end training and event management services via a technology-enabled youth development ecosystem. We help our partners to craft data-driven cohort-based learning experiences focusing on innovation and technology, design placemaking/space activation strategies for community building, or engage in market outreach activity to capture youths (for awareness, research, and talent sourcing).
